Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Meditation.

 

I see meditation as the shortening of the distance between 'you' and 'I'.

'You' is the social construct that has developed in circumstances not of
your own choosing, which interacts with others.

'I' is who you would be, if you weren't 'you'.

By observing what 'you' brings up in your mindfulness, or more dynamic
meditations, you - I - can see these overlays, and let them go, or at least
know they are there.

It has to be a daily practice though. It is work, but it is work in 'I'
Time, rather than the 'You' time of others.

I can't get down to 'me work' today though - I switched the laptop on first!
