[Kundalini Yoga] Re: outside criticism

 

Regarding unbelievers,

best off in my experience is to just ignore them. Don't try to convince them of the goodness of your ways, it just makes them more set in their opinions.
If you keep up with your practice, you will be a living example of what KY can do, and people that are open will be attracted to that.

So in short, have compassion for them, bless them then ignore them.

I found the Ken Wilbur definition of stages of growth to be very helpful in understanding where people are coming from, even fundamentalists, and to have compassion for them.
There are a couple free podcasts on SoundsTrue by Ken Wilbur that give an overview of the stages of growth.
