RE: [Kundalini Yoga] Help Understanding!

 

Sat Nam, This is just my personal opinion (and of course, you need to listen
to your intuition and your body to do what is right) but if you had that big
of response from first chakra, I would continue with just that one for
awhile ... not daily, but whatever your schedule allows. And drink lots of
water afterward, and maybe a alternate nostril breathing kriya or even the
Kirtan Kriya afterward to bring you back into balance. When Root Chakra
'causes less of a "reaction" move to the next one. Being grounded, thru the
root chakra, is important as you continue thru the other chakras. again, in
my humble opinion.
