[Kundalini Yoga] How do we receive our Spiritual Name?

 

Sat Nam,
Can you tell me how and where you get your spiritual name or what you need to do to earn it? I have been practising Kundalini now for three years, approx an hour daily 6 days a week. I am 60 and thanks to Kundalini very fit with great energy. I began after seeing Maya Fiennes on the TV and have never looked back(Thank you Maya, You changed my life)

I have learned a great deal more from Guru Rattan. Many thanks for sharing your great Wisdom with us all.

Kundalini Yoga is indeed life transforming! I feel that having a spiritual name is very special just as our ordinary names make us part of a family, our spiritual name makes us part of a greater family.
