Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Re: Kirtan Kriya

Sat Nam, Kritan Kriya is one of the most peaceful and blissful meditations. Are
you listening to Music or trying to do it without accompaniment ? Sat Jot Singh
does a great version and also Mirbia on their Cycle of life album. The other
thing is are you focusing on the third eye and forming the L pattern where the
Mantra comes in the crown of the head and goes out of the third eye? If you are
letting your mind wander then I believe you must not be focusing on the mantra.
I believe that Kirtan Kriya is one of the best Kriyas to help you access if you
are in the neutral mind or swaying to the negative and positive minds. This
kriya allows you to self correct. Every time a thought interrupts you just focus
on the L form of the mantra. Sing so you hear yourself sing , whisper to your
soul and project to infinity when you are in silence. Do the Kriya first thing
in the morning 31 minutes will pass in no time. Feel the support of the other
200 Kundalini practitioners that are also committed and doing this Kriya at this
time. We are in Day 18. Sat Nam Raj kirin Kaur

I felt like that too at first but now I am so excited to do it because it is
my time and I really get into it. I don't do it on the floor, I do it on my
bed and make it as comfortable as possible with dim lighting or sunlight.
Stretch first, it really helps.
