[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Kirtan Kriya

Hi, thanks for the comments.
I'm doing it between 7 and 8am and i'm also listening to the song of Mirabai Ceiba. I tend to forget about the L but i try my best to always look at the third eye.

Before starting, i listen to my breating and i do the "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" 3 to 5 times.

It didn't occur to me to think about the others 200 people while doing it. But i think that if i do this, i'll forget about doing the meditation the right way. Well, i need to try.

I did it two times at night and i think it was more intense and i was more concentrated. I once felt my head was like in a fluffy thing (or something like that).

This morning, i lost track of the mantra many times, something like 2-3 seconds each times. Like i was falling a sleep or something.

Well, thanks again to everyone.

Benoit
