--Would any of you have some useful tips for coping with arthritis -- x-rays reveal some unevenness in my hips and lower vertebrae, despite 5+ years of Sat Kriya and regular practice of stretch pose and spinal flexes.

* You may need more movement like walking or swimming. And move periodically instead of sitting.

* These don't move the hips. Push pull with legs, alternate leg lifts, cross crawls and sun salutation can help. And any movements of the hips.
