Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Re: Kirtin Kriya

Sat Jot Singh just came out with a new Kirtan Kriya Cd. It is so very great. You
can do it with him for 31 minutes. www.satjotsingh.com . He is also on Facebook
and you can purchase his CD there. Also about 4 months ago the gong master
released a timed gong for Kirtan Kriya and that is available in the archives of
this group.Older posts

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Re: Kirtin Kriya

Sat Nam, I am new to the group and am really enjoying all your experiences. I
have been practising kundalini yoga for just over two years and really love it.
I have only just started practising Kirtin Kriya and was amazed how good I felt
after my first 31 min session, I kept experiencing little waves of happiness all
during the following morning. During the practise, however, I found it quite
distracting having to keep one eye on the clock. How do you all time your
practise? Any tips would be gratefully received!!
Warmest wishes Jennie.
