Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Meaning of 26 repititions?

Sat Nam,

I just found a great Kundalini yoga set. It is called The Twenty Seix Times Keep
Up Set. I am just wondering what the menaing of 26 times is? Also does anyone
have a reference for the menaing of the timing such as 3 minutes, 11 minutes
etc?

Thank so much,

Sat Nam,
Gurudeep Kaur
