[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Nabhi kriya

Hi Shaun, I have been practising kundalini for just over two years and to begin with I had the same problem as you, I did do my first 40 days of practise, just exercises with no meditation. By the time the 40 days were up I was hooked. It took me a long time to master many of the exercises but my persistance has really paid off. I have only just started with the meditation because I feel ready. I know that I can sit comfortably for long lengths of time in easy pose. I am really enjoying and benefiting from the medition as I feel you should.
I am also taking a cold shower every day after reading another post on here and am feeling great. I am 59 and feel 20! I am full of energy and live life to the full. Please just stick with it and I promise you will not regret it.
Warmest wishes Jennie.
