[Kundalini Yoga] Nabhi from a newbie!

Hi all,

thanks for your responses. I feel much better, knowing that I am not alone
here. I have a teacher and take a weekly class, but it is an hour away. In
rural Wisconsin, there isn't much interest in Kundalini, no one even knows
what it is.....

However, I think your advice is right on. Just start small, do less rather
than bite off too much. So, I am going to start off committing to the
meditations for 40 days for just a short time each.

I have day 2 done!! Wuu huu!

Sat nam all, and thanks for being there. Hope it is ok to continue asking
questions to this group.
