Sat Nam, There will also be a teacher training in NW Arkansas – Rogers –
through the www.rabboar.com/studio . And there will be some room available
for sleeping and it has two full bathrooms and showers. Actually about the
same distance at KC, and the same teachers, but our studio is not an ashram,
and it was so nice to be in an ashram – that's where I had my teacher
training also.

Brenda, The people I know from St. Louis go to 3HO Kundalini Yoga Center at
Sat Tirath Ashram in Kansas City, MO. This is where I took training and it's
one of the most affordable places to take it in the country. You can board
there at the ashram for a love offering and I highly recommend that you do.
