Sat Nam,

This does sound like kundalini awakening. More and more people will be
experiencing awakenings and have no idea what is happening.

Grounding and being present in the body are very important to bring the
energy down and not just in the head.

Running, walking and other physical exercise are good. Being in nature.

A woman in my class is experiencing an awakening. Jumping up and down
on her toes and shaking helped her get more in her body and shake loose
stress.

The set we did was the Kriya for nerve balance in Relax and Renew. p.
56. And I added shaking after the jumping up and down.

Another major things is to take advantage of the energy to meditate and
to become conscious of your inner space inside your skin in your body.

The 2 key words to stay conscious are SPACE and FEELINGS OR ALIVENESS.

Not sat kriya or root lock because that rises the energy. Chair pose is
good and frogs.

Make sure he is not taking any drugs like marijuna.
