This is new territory for many, so it is good to share results with
everyone. Its going to happen more and more and we need to be able to help.

Sat Kriya is good for but not required to strengthen the nervous
system. The set I suggested works really well. Also inhale nose, exhale
whistle through the mouth for 5-11 minutes and then inhale whistle
through the mouth , exhale through the nose for 5-11 minutes works great.
