Brenda, The people I know from St. Louis go to 3HO Kundalini Yoga Center at Sat Tirath Ashram in Kansas City, MO. This is where I took training and it's one of the most affordable places to take it in the country. You can board there at the ashram for a love offering and I highly recommend that you do.
