[Kundalini Yoga] Do you like teeth?........how about Healthy gums and clean breath?

Sat Nam,
I've been using this (see below link) since the mid 80's. Saw a
dentist once and he said whatever you're doing KEEP doing!
I, like most "old-timers", gag... and I don't mean just sort of coughing
and spitting up, but gag! My abdomen heaves, often there is a burp, my
eyes tear and very, very important is my sinuses clear. No "Neti pot" is
EVER needed, if you gag well. Just relax into the reflex. One hand on
the knee with a locked elbow. The other elbow on the sink, and let your
lower back and belly just drop. This area has to be relaxed. Now play
the 'epiglottis' (the gag region at the root of the tongue) like a violin.
This also helps unblock tensions in the diaphragm.

To shine my own light --- that's my quest.
As for music, well, it's just the scent of the rose.
