F.Y.I Miraba Ceiba seems to pronounce the words Ajai Alai and Abhai Abai slightly differently to Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa... I'm goin with the way Sat Purkh sings it!
Yesterday, I was feeling very frustated with a co-worker... I went to the (empty) staff room to cook playdough (I work in a school!)
I thought I need some air! So I went out onto the balcony, closed my eyes, took some breaths, felt the wind, saw the blue sky, remembered that what I put out into the universe, I get back.
If I put out resentment and frustration, that's what I get back... if I put out trust and love, then that is what I get back.
That's a good mantra!
Trust and love, trust and love, trust and love!
I came back in and sang Ajai Alai and went back to class feeling much more relaxed and with more love in my heart!
Sure enough the energy between us changed and a good day was had by all!
I'm still getting my head around changing energy but I thank God for it! It's a wonderful thing to behold!
