[Kundalini Yoga] ,Self Introduction

Another newbie

Hello, I am another new member to this list. I have been dabbling in
kundalini for a little over a year now. I have some dvds, books and bought
the guru rattana online series. it is wonderful, informative and very
helpful. I have also just found a kundalini teacher at about an hour away
from me...yippee.

In the Rattana series, she says to be your own therapist. I buy that ,
totally. How do we use kundalini and meditation etc, to break very negative
habits? Mine is the daily drink or two or more, after work. I intellectually
know what I should do, but am so habituated. How can kundalini help me to
break that?

Also, I'd like to know if there are any kundalini retreats, workshops
offered in the country. I know of hte one in NM for a month. I could do that
a year from now, but what about any others meanwhile?

thanks for any help you can provide,

Shaun

Take them , and they'll see; show them, and they'll understand; share
withthem, and they'll care.
