[Kundalini Yoga] Re: After-effects??

 

KY works 16x faster than regular yoga, so things come up quickly if they are present. There are some anger sets specifically for bringing it out and then transforming it. Try picking an anger set and do it repeatedly until you're not so reactive, or 40 days, even better. One of those is on Guru K's online videos, "Yoga Bliss Hips" dvd by Ravi Singh has an anger set embedded in it, and there's a Yogi Bhajan dvd with one as well which I really love. They are well worth the effort and will yield results, yessirreebob!

Sitali pranayam is cooling; kirtan kriya gets garbage out of your subconscious- other possibilities you might find helpful.
