Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Need Help

 

I have to say that these are the best, best classes. Lecture, kriya and
meditation. They are so good. And absent guru Rattana in person, they are
better than many KY teachers in person. So, for the price, it is a steal.
guru Rattana has helped me in more ways than I can count. My only criticism
(and it is a small one) is that they are a little long, especially for daily
use. but if you listen to the lecture and then do the kriya and meditation
another day, it is ok.
