[Kundalini Yoga] Re: stolen dog broken heart

sat nam sangat,
sat nam Lily Goodale/Raj Kirin,

may we all find our own balance in life's endlessly giving & receiving,
to feel broken hearted, as an actually limb of the physical heart is taken away, is not a pleasant feeling,
people have found ways to handle the sorrows through different techniques and methods, so as mantras,

according to the email, you've found something that works for you,
may you believe in yourself, and trust your destiny,

to explore more of the mantra and Kundalini Yoga spheres,
some people also have found comfort in these mantras;

Dukh Par Har Sukh Ghar Le Jaae (pain into peace)

Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar (switch gears from a negative mind to a positive mind to a neutral mind)

Wha-hay Guroo Wha-hay Guroo, Wha-hay Guroo Wha-hay Jeeo (causes a subtle rub in the Sattvica Buddha Bindu/Christ Meridian Point)

may it be as it is.
all the best.
