Others have asked about stuck sexual energy in the past. This email is
for you too.

[1] _Activate rhythmic spiral movement_

First get them to tune into their own rhythmic flow (second chakra) so
the energy can move in its natural rhythm. Spinal grinds to awaken
spiral energy is great for this. The sexual energy gets stuck because it
doesn't expand.

[2] _Move energy up_
Next get them to move and distribute their sexual energy using the
locks, posture and attention to the connection between the lower chakras
and the heart and third eye (using locks is very useful to move the
energy up)

The set for the Instinctual Self in Sexuality and Spirituality is good.
p. 26. Start out with spinal rotations as a warm up. I usually have the
class do only the direction that they instinctually do. Give them enough
time, even 5minutes or more. When they stop, the movement should be
automatically going inside.

Keep the spinal rotation going during the pauses between exercises, as
well as the movement upward. These are two different movements, so you
will have to tune into what is appropriate to move the energy. Don't try
to do both at once. After the energy is rhythmic, the upward movement is
easy and can happen naturally.
