[Kundalini Yoga] Postnatal yoga

 

Greetings,

between the super full moon and the spring equinox our beloved daughter decided to come to this world. What does kundalini yoga say about postnatal yoga? Does anyone have any insights or experiences to share? As far as I have seen there are no specifc sets or meditations to do, but maybe there are some?
