Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Classes

Sat Nam,

A skype class sounds like a great idea! You have your first student!

There is also a site that has a set up for yoga teachers to teach up to
20 students (I think) per class. I am trying to find the name. It
started about one year ago. Anyone heard of this? That would be a great
venue to spread your wings.

Another idea is to advertise for meditation and stress reduction
classes. A lot of people are afraid of yoga - I am not flexible
syndrome. They are less intimidated by meditation. Of course you have
to do some Ky to be able to meditate, but all that you gauge by the
abilities and desires of who shows up.

Thank you Arjinder Kaur for your letter and devotion. The things you
shared are so true.

Gianjot Kaur, have you enrolled in my Guru Rattana On-line streaming
video classes? There are over 60 classes up. See
www.yogatech.com/grol\.html

As I have been discussing in my last newsletters New Millenium Being, it
is a time of new beginnings and expansion of Self. Trying something new
is the vibe.

Love,

Guru Rattana :+)
