If too much is coming up, you can always pace yourself in the beginning...something like, twice a week for a while, until you feel you've decompressed (and built up to the physical demands), and then begin the journey! This is one of those utterly transformational sets, so you don't have to rush it by any means. There is a video of Yogi Bhajan teaching this set, too, with "celestial communication" at the end.
