[Kundalini Yoga] Re: question about smiling buddha meditation

 

Sat Nam ji, yes this is a wonderful meditation. My book also says to practice for 11 minutes. If you take a lawyer-like view, it does not say to practice it for only 11 minutes and no more. My advice would be to slowly extend the time. I see no reason you could not extend it to 31 minutes provided you do it gradually. Yogiji always noted when the time for a practice was limited to three minutes or nine minutes or 11. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness so just be aware as you do this practice.
