[Kundalini Yoga] Re: kriya to get rid of the anger inside

It's called, "Eliminating Inner Anger". It's an oldie filmed from a live class, so the production values aren't the greatest, but you do get the flavor of a YB class! The celestial communication is from Japji, although I can hardly make out the words.

Another one I'd recommend is in the Foundation Series, "Getting Rid of Anger and Fear." It is a very strange and wonderful set, but probably not something for someone who's new to kundalini yoga. I didn't even know I had fear until I did this dvd. He says if you do this kriya every day for a week, you will be a different person. I'd definitely say go with the previous one first. Save fear for later!
