[Kundalini Yoga] Re: New to Group

Hello, Rose,
My opinion is this -
if you are - as I take it from your post-
over 100 pounds overweight, I don't know how long it would take you to lose it.

I do know - having done Kundalini Yoga with disabled people, people in wheelchairs and such,
anyone can do Kundalini Yoga and benefit from it, no matter their physical state.
As we say, 'if you can breathe, you can do kundalini yoga'. :)

If you can find a teacher, that would be great.

regards,
Kartar Kaur

After all, it may take a while to lose 100 lbs or so? I don't know how far I can go. And I say that because I am grossly overweight and I don't know how much movement I can accomplish in the beginning. Movement is restricted ONLY because of the obesity, not from any other physical restriction.

I felt no danger so I let it happen. Then for a few seconds time I had this remarkable experience of the observer and the observed being one. Whatever I saw was me, I was the other, I was the ripples in the pond, and on and on. Then, after a few seconds, the logical mind decided to investigate and poof! Anyway, was that some sort of spontaneous kundalini experience or just a moment of cosmic clarity?
