Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Kundalini DVD recommendation for a newbie

Hi Roberto

Best advice we can give you is to only repeat each exercise in a set as long as you feel reasonably comfortable. If the exercise calls for 20 repetitions and you can only manage 10, then that is ok. Listen to your body and don't overdo it. Our Beginners' Course is much less strenuous than Gurmukh. Maybe you should consider that as an alternative.

Best wishes
Gordon

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Kundalini DVD recommendation for a newbie

Hello:

I'm a 34 years old male who has been suffering from chronic fatigue and anxiety for the last 13 years and I'm looking for alternatives to relieve my symptoms.

I want to start doing Kundalini Yoga but most of the DVD's that I have seen do a lot of aerobic exercise which at this time I am not able to do.

I have Gurmukh's DVD but wonder if it's too much for my current conditions.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Roberto
