[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Inner Guilt

"Guilty is the disease of the pretentious". Says a well-known Brazilian medium called Luiz Antônio Gasparetto.
That´s something to think about.

The one who feels guilty wants to be perfect maybe? Not to make mistakes or be bad to anyone ever?
I have explored this in myself as well.

I hope someone can help you with a kriya or meditation.
I believe Kirtan Kriya can work very well.

A warm hug!

(alcoholics anonymous) and am on the 5th step where you admit all your wrong doings and personal defects of character to a fellow member; does anyone know of a kriya that would compliment this 5th step? Thank you very much.
