Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Kriya or meditation to help focus for ADD

Kirtan Kriya is good for balance, depression and focus. Ganesha meditation is great for focus. I have a brain injury and many of the symptoms are similar to ADD. These two meditations have helped me a lot. They can both be found in David Shannahoff Khalsa's "Kundalini yoga meditation." In fact, the book has a list of KY exercises specific for ADHD. I found the book at my local library. Its also available thru Amazon.
