[Kundalini Yoga] Re:Hips and Kness

Satnam,
Find a structural integration practitioner, or rolfer. They work on and
manipulate the fascia, connective tissue that encase the muscles, joints and
bones.

I wouldn't just loosely recommend this, my mother and two sisters are
practitioners, and I have watched my mother work on people with scoliosis
with amazing results. I myself have had amazing results from rolfing, though
I personally do not have scoliosis.
I think there are quite a few healing modalities around now that will help
with your scoliosis, rolfing is not the only one, its just the one I know
of. At my kundalini yoga teacher training one of the trainers did
bodywork(some form of myofascial release I believe) and I'm sure her methods
would have been able to help you. Just trying to show you that there is
powerful help out there, don't let them tell you its irreversible.

Blessings on your journey.
