And very important, you can take classes that deal with your 'personality type' and energies. Your 'addiction' comes partly from a very basic soul need to experience more depth and meaning in life.
Our biggest problem, as the two of you and others have attested to, is not being able to use our energies wisely and not being able to handle the current intense energies on the planet. Yogi Bhajan used to tell us -- the scariest thing is being unconcious.
