Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] question about pain in students' hand

Sat nam,

Two of my students told me about pain in their hands, running lengthwise between the tendons in the hand. It prevented them from doing Triangle Pose.

Both of them are parents of young children, and they said that their pediatricians told me that the pain is caused by picking up their children continually.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sat nam,

Amy/Sat Prem
