Sat Nam, I agree, let the children witness you. I have been doing kundalini yoga in my home with my children for a long time now. I have a meditation room that when they were younger they would burst into, now they theat my room with revernece. I have chanted in the early mornngs and my kids know almost every mantra by just hearing the words in their sleep as I chant and sing. Almost everyday some kind of syncronicity will occur and one of my children will pipe in "That's the Kundalini energy" I am a yoga teacher for children and i have witnessed how profound yoga is for children of all ages. Keep up you are the change we wish to see in the world. The children are our future.
