You're invited to attend a rare workshop bridging the Art, Science
and Soul of the Gong, as taught by Yogi Bhajan along with approaches
developed in the clinical environment. and then brought into yoga
centers, Churches, etc. where sometimes other traditional sacred
instruments are used. This will be integrated with western
psychological, physiological and spiritual technologies to provide
participants with the tools and experience to hear clearly and listen to
the voice of one's own spirit.
Participants will have an opportunity to experientially learn an
innovative integration of healing tools, each with the vibratory
potential to heal and to transform. Included are sound and breathwork,
yoga, self directed eye movement and desensitization (EMDR), guided
meditation and writing, all blended to offer participants new choices in
self transformation for spiritual awakening. Notebooks and pens are
necessary. Audio and video recording is also allowed but for personal
use only and not reproduction.
This will he a hands-on workshop. If you have a gong, bring it. If you
don't there will be quite a few there.
