Re: [Kundalini Yoga] A couple of questions...(shock and circulation)

I have found EFT (tapping) to be most effective in addressing my own
traumatic stresses (life). It involves tapping with fingers on traditional
acupuncture points. A site with a a direct and concise explanation of
technique, along with instruction and an easily followed demonstration, is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6i33V2EcVlY, however, there are many more,
try them all. I like this practice because no needles, no cost, it is self
induced, and, when practiced effective. In that manner, the Emotional
Freedom Technique is similar to Kundalini yoga. It is to be done to achieve
results.
Best wishes,
Cynthia
