Sat Nam, White caps will work - you can buy them at many Kundalini Yoga
studios, or on line. The idea is to cover you crown chakra area. And happy
New Year to everyone.

I am curious how many of you wear a white turban when doing morning sadhna.
Did it actually make a difference? Can you say how? I am also curious if any
white head covering will do (I am thinking of a simple white cap).
I am approaching this yoga from more of a scientific perspective, and I have
to say the white turban seems to my intellect like psychological window
dressing. But I am willing to put aside my biases and try.
