[Kundalini Yoga] hair loss

 

Inspite of following Dr. Dharma's advice and taking vitamins, I'm loosing a lot o hair and a hairdresser recommended a haircut.
Can anyone on this list give me a bit of avice about this.
I don't have a haircut since becoming a KY Teacher.
