There is very little kundalini yoga in Philadelphia at this time. There was one really good KY teacher, but the yoga center he was working at closed. His name was Jess. Dhyana yoga is the only KY in Philly right now that I know of.
Here is a list of her centers, they are all over Philly. Philly needs some more kundalini yoga energy. I am sure you could find her web site online and check out the class schedules. I hope this helps. If any one is new to Philly I can direct them to some of the local Indian spice stores too.
