I chant this mantra up my spine every day at the end of my sadhana for
11 minutes. I love the feeling.

Softly place each sound at the numbered chakra. Do not attempt to move
the spine, just feel the mantra at each chakra.

2 Guru
3 Wahe
4 Guru,
5 Guru
6 Ram Das
7 Guru
