If it is SAD, spend some time each day outdoors and/or get a full spectrum light that you sit in front of for a period of time.

Sat Nam all,
last few months i have really struggled to get up in the mornings and practice my routine, i am fine in summer, but recenlty i have been demotivated, lacking energy generally lethargic, i believe i suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) any advice will be welcome that can get me back on track.
