Thanks a lot for the suggestion of the book. Pranayama seems to me a very good tool but I am afraid of doing something dangerous, because it is also a powerful tool that the person concerned must be able to use. Anyway, I think the best thing is to start very gradually and gently, if it is possible. Thanks again.
