Hello Hedieh - do you mean science? I am interested in this too but it's a difficult subject. I believe kundalini yoga contains some of the great wisdom of humanity but there are many problems with trying to approach it in a scientific way - one of them being that it deals with us at a level which is way beyond the understanding of much of current science - it deals with and works on the interactions / interfaces / relationships between our systems - systems which science only partially understands when treated in isolation.
The way to find out about it is to do it with discipline and see how you change and what you learn as a result.
After a while you know better in a useful practical way how a human really works that just about any scientist.
best wishes,
Keith
