Of all the ones I've heard, I like Bani Pro the best. It's not too fast, not so slow that I've outgrown it, and not too much of the tamboura twanging away.
If you want one even a little slower, there's one by Ram Kaur called "Japji- slow", but may only be availble on cd at a-healing.com, and is it SLOW, it lasts about 50 minutes! But you can hear all the words very clearly.
