Re: [Kundalini Yoga] High pitched sounds

Sat Nam Marco,
Much can be said for listening to yourself. These sounds are a sign of cleansing or purification of your channels or Nadis. Think of the flow of electrons, both positive and negative, through the filament of a light bulb.. it creates light, right? Well, this same flow [of consciousness] will sometimes manifest as sound. Sometimes they are loud and sometimes soft. According to Yogiji there are 72,000 such channels through which stimuli cam flow.
By the way, it is curious that this phenomena should occur only between 4 and 6pm.
The better question is what will I do, now, with new found purification? What habits, or thoughts can I let go of? Today is a new DAY!

from Yogiji

"At the Ambrosial Hour, 3:00 a.m. on the local longitude and latitude, when the sun is 60 degrees to earth, elevating energy of the sun is penetrating and reflecting from the earth planet back to the atmosphere, taking the direct message to the Creator and the creation. Then a Sikh gets up. That is really a sleeping time. One loves to sleep and snore and dream. At that time the earth is so dear, near and perfect. Magnetic field is very calmed down because the reverse of the suns rays are directly connected to the Creator, Godman becomes God and God becomes man. At that hour, getting, being awakened, and then appreciating the Creator of which we are made of, and directing our energy towards the God which is imaginary or real, as the case may be, is just to experience that Oneness of God.

"Sadhana is a test of self-grit. If your sadhana is more important than your neurosis, you are fine. If your neurosis is more important than your sadhana you are not. Doesn't matter how saintly you are, nobody wants to get up in the ambrosial hours. Why you still do it is a mystery. At that time, between 3 and 6 o'clock, the rays of the sun pass at 60 degrees and you want to feel relaxed. You take a cold shower, wake-up and meditate. Why do you repeat the mantra hundreds of times? To create a stamina, an absolute mental stamina. Without that there is no chance for life to be smooth. If somebody refuses to exercise, nobody can force him, but at that one moment in life when that person needs physical stamina, it won't be there. Sadhana is what your mental stamina requires. Love is what your spiritual stamina requires " --YB 1/22/91.
