Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Vitamin D deficieny

 

- If you can sunbathe, do it prone with your hair gathered up, as you make vitamin D from a place at the back of your neck.
- If you cannot, make sure that you take Vitamin D3, and not any other kind of Vitamin D, AND that the preparation (or the wrapping) does not contain ANY MSG or hydrogenated oils. I have tested both Nature's Plus and Healthy Origins and for me they are OK. This does not mean that other brands are not OK!!!!
