[Kundalini Yoga] Re: strech pose - go beyong 3 minutes?

 

Hello,
I would be cautious with stretch pose because my teacher told me that if done wrong, it can hurt your back.
Perhaps if you do a search you can find out more.
I stopped doing it after she told me many things one had to watch for. If I can find what she sent me, I will post.
