Frogs and left nostril breathing are great for mastering your horniness.
Your strong sexual desires and poor concentration (low blood sugar) could be low seratonin levels and your body wants raise it via masterbation. Consider a diet that will provide optimal brain chemistry.  1)Cut out bread and sugar...consider unrefined foods like potatoes and brown breads. Instead of drinking orange juice eat an orange with the fiber to slow down the sugar spike. 2) Eat a carbohydrate and a protein with each meal..and 1gram a protein for each kilo of body weight a day. Eating at regular times. 8am 12pm 6pm..snacking between if hungry.   Eating within one hour of waking up is very important to establish your blood sugar levels for the rest of the day and to avoid crashing. Maybe you like skipping breakfast cause you get that betaendorphine high but after you´re just setting yourself up for a crash.
3) Finally eat some oatmeal or a potato two hours before going to bed...to raise seratonin levels and keep your blood sugar from crashing while you sleep.   

Slow food equal good mood...based on your symptoms you have low blood sugar and low serotonin..and you could be sugar sensitive. Try the protocol and keep a journal on how you feel. This program has worked for sugar sensitive people and addicts with remarkable results. I´m doing it myself and I feel like a different person.

I am facing difficulties these days.i feel strong sex desires which is difficult to satiate.i am not able to meditate.i am doing daily 2 hours of yoga and pranayama.please,suggest me that mastubaration is essential to release energy and keep fresh to us.if it will not happen,then really it goes upward.
