[Kundalini Yoga] I'm back! And it's like coming home.

 

Sat nam,
I had a great 4 am practice for 3 months, hardly missed a day - did yoga for 1-2 1/2 hours. felt great.

then my adrenals collapsed cuz I was doing too much on an empty stomach. So the thing to do of course is to change the time of my practice. But I didn't. I just stopped.

well I am one of those people - maybe there are others like me here :) - whose life just does not work unless I am doing Kundalini Yoga.

So recently a crisis is developing at work, and I feel obsesed with it, like 24 hours a day, and this is a pattern, which will eventually lead to my quitting or being fired.

So I started up again my yoga practice. Today - first day. Boy am I out of shape. But I know the only way I can control my neuroses instead of my neuroses controlling me is to do yoga.
I am even feeling a litle grateful to the "crisis-causers" at work for bringing me back home to yoga.
